I see you’re working with my teammate Eden, but I’ll post her reply here for visibility of future viewers. At the moment, there is no dedicated API to retrieve Resolution Bot data/reporting. We’ve gone ahead and flagged this as a feature request for the team to consider in the future!
Thank you @Racheal. I do see that the Conversation Model page has a Conversation Part Type of resolution_bot_found_no_answer.
It looks like maybe we could query this in order to help manually make up the stats on our side. We are not currently bringing this value into our data so it may be that we have to upgrade the version of API we are referring to. However, could you tell me how this value gets populated as a Part Type?
