I'm a Product Manager and I have a desire to have the ability for our WebApp to trigger an email notification to our users via intercom that the customer can then reply to and have the reply flow into our Intercom support inbox. What's the best way to do this?

You are planning to send an e-mail notification to your users. Once the user make a reply on that e-mail, it should go to Intercom Inbox? is it correct?

 


Yes. I was over thinking it we just need to send out an email from the Intercom address.
