I'm trying to create an app intergration using the oauth process. I see users can host their data in eu, us, or au regions. When users authorizes the app and switch the region, do we get that information as part of callback?

This sounds like you're looking for the specifics on information that's returned from an OAuth request, so I'm afraid Intercom won't be able to help you out on this one. I assume that the user region should be returned in this request, but it's not possible for me to say. I hope another community member will be able to assist you on this one!
