I would like to a add a conversation tag via a worfklow to the first message sent (via SMS), but even manually it is not possible to tag the first message in the conversation and it appears as Fin who sent it while it wasn’t.
According to Intercom the first SMS messages will not show teammate profile icon and it's not possible to tag it.
Have anyone had similar issue and find a workaround to it?

It is currently not possible to tag the first SMS message in a conversation within Intercom. This limitation is part of the known constraints of the Intercom Conversations App, where certain types of conversation parts, including the first SMS messages, cannot be tagged.
However I totally understand where you're coming from here, this would be a super handy feature to have 
Definitely appreciate you writing in about this as the feedback drives how we build! I do know we are rolling out some new features soon and hope to see this one make the list 
That being said, our product team spend a lot of time researching and working on features, so at the moment I don't have any information on if/when this feature might be implemented into Intercom. Whenever we do release new features, we'll announce it on the product changes page.Any other questions on this please fire them this way!
