There is no option currently to apply tags based on when a rating is left but I'd be happy to flag this as a feature request with the product team 🚀
There is a conversation rating option in rules but that would mean that every time someone who has a
conversation_ranking attribute their conversations will get tagged every time they start a new one so not sure this will any use for your use case!
Thanks @paul m11. And yup, that's the exact problem we're facing now. We tried using rules, but ran into that issue.
