This doesn’t happen with any other view, just the mentions tab.

Just mentioned this in your last post here but in order to track an issue you’ll need to chat with our support team, as the community does not log issues. I’ll go ahead and forward this one into the team as well! Just to kick things off for the team, can you check a few basic troubleshooting steps for us? As I’m not seeing this behavior on my end.

  1. As a first step, can you try a hard refresh of your browser?
  2. Are you still seeing this in an incognito browser as well?
  3. Are any other teammates seeing this in their inbox?
  4. Have you tried a different browser (Safari, Firefox, etc.)

Ah, got it, @Racheal, I’ll do that from now on!

This issue is only happening when you open a Side conversation from a conversation in the Mentions view.

Seeing this with other users, different browsers, etc.
