Is there a way to require the conversation Title to be filled out before it's closed? New agents tend to miss it at the top. And by new agents I mean me and old dogs I'm trying to teach new tricks. Thanks in advance!

Hey @tim r​ , it appears that the title is optional at this point. I had a look at Inbox rules but couldn't see anything you could do with Title. There may be some smarter minds than mine out there with some solutions using Apps or Code but if all else fails, pop into the product wishlist group here on the forum and put a note in there about an option to make it a required field.
