Every time I close a ticket/chat on Intercom and I got a rate from a client, I’m not be able to see if the client left me a rate and a comment.
Is there a possibility to get a mail or a notification on Intercom?

Larissa here from Intercom Support.
I’m afraid it’s not possible to be notified whenever you receive a customer rating.
However, any Teammate can get a quick overview of how they're doing with the Achievements section of the Inbox. Simply use Command+K and search for "Your achievements".
And you'll see your achievements appear in the right sidebar in your Inbox
You can see what your happy customers are saying about you, recent performance metrics, and in general, how much you're crushing it. This can provide your team the extra motivation to delight every customer.

I’ve just made a test but I can’t access to the “Your achievement” session nor my team.

Please note you need to be in the Inbox tab in order to see your achievements.
