We have open conversations that are two years old and looks like the inbox rule can help only with future conversations. We are looking for something that will let us close old open conversations. If you had the same situation, please let me know how you handled it.

Hey 
You can bulk close conversations by hovering to the left of a conversation in your inbox and selecting the conversations you'd like to close or selecting all. Hit the close button or use the shortcut CMD+SHIFT+Y to close the selected conversations.
You can also use our REST API to write a script and bulk close conversations that way.
