Hey Gang!

I need to clarify- does conversations participated per active hour also include the calls taken by a teammate?

I am assuming yes as generally a call is linked to a conversation.

Yes, you can filter by Channel for Phone Calls to see this stat if they have added an internal note or replied to a customer following the call 😀
