Wonder if we can support conversation attributes creation and update through API. At the same time, can we remove the limit of 250 options for conversation attributes?

Hello Racheal, is there any update about the development of this feature? It would be amazing to add conversation attributes to specific conversations through API.

 


We would like this feature as well; otherwise, we have no way to include dynamic data in a new conversation.


pretty important feature for us as well. esp. since we cannot link conversations to a tracker/back office ticket via the API (another missing API feature), this means that when support folks are looking at a conversation, there’s literally *no* way to tie it back to the overarching issue that resulted in the outgoing conversation.


This feature is something we would also enjoy.
