Entire account is down

My entire account is down.  I can log in, but I no longer have access to services. It tells me I have to subscribe to services, but I already have a subscription.

I can’t seem to get an answer from your tech team.  Please help!

Still waiting on a response from your team on this.  My account has been down for over 24 hours at this point.

No answer?  This is very stressful for our team, as we are unable to assist our customers.  We notice that the mobile app still works, and we can still communicate with customers that have opened previous tickets.  But the connection to the website is down, and so is the helpdesk.

 

Would be wonderful to get this resolved.  It’s a little concerning that there is nobody available to help during a weekend.

Hello?  Our account has been down for nearly 40 hours at this point.  It’s stunning that we aren’t able to get a reply from your team.
