Hi, I am always getting the following message

There was an error loading macros. Please try again later.

 

The error occurred after I created several Macros. I've been waiting all afternoon. Would you happen to know how long you have to wait? Do you know if I have to contact support?

It never hurts to hit up the Support team and our Community crew when you’re in a hurry for an Answer. Generally the support team will be the quicker approach though. 

 

That said, I can see that we have an open issue right now with inserting some system attributes into Macros that is responsible for that error that you’re seeing. If you’re setting system attributes in your Macros (ex. ‘Fin: Preview’), then you’ll run into this issue. Your best bet is to delete those attributes from the Macro while the team looks into this. That should at least get Macros working for you again.
