When a client sends a support messages sometimes intercom will show the message as being sent from a different and incorrect client. So if Client1 sends a message sometimes Intercom will notify me that I received a message from Client2. I don’t know what could be causing this issue but even when I open the message box to respond it will have Client2 at the top instead of Client1.

It sounds to me like you have an issue with the installation of Intercom on your site where you aren’t properly identifying who is writing into you. This will require the support team to log in as a User on your site as well as look into our logs to see what information is getting sent to us in these scenarios.
