Is there a way that all unassigned messages automatically route to a specific team. To be more precise automatically assigns to a team member in a team, rather than sitting in the unassigned inbox?

You can use Inbox Rules for that! You can have a rule that assigns the item to a team. Then the team should be set to either Round Robin or Balanced Assignment to make sure the team members get an equal share of inbound.
