How can I connect a bot to an existing conversation?

Currently, it is not possible for a Bot to take over a conversation from a teammate. Bots are useful for triaging issues, qualifying leads, and sending users apps and useful information before the conversation starts, but once a teammate has stepped in or the bot's path ends, the conversation is expected to be completed by human support.
