I have allowed FIN to respond to some of my chats that are part of series and I would like to understand how many conversations are being resolved with it. How can I filter these conversations?

@Constança Vilar You should be able to see all the conversations you are looking for via the Fin AI Agent report and filter these reports to see the relevant conversations to see the resolution success rating.

I see all the conversations and could add some filters, but I still cannot filter based on a specific chat. For example, our ‘finance onboarding support’ stand-alone chat. Is there a way to do that? For example, tagging the conversation, I imagine?
