Markup 2023-01-25 at 14.47.51How can I setup a rule so when we receive an email to sales@ourdomain.com it goes to a specific team? I'm testing it and it's not working.

Have you tried changing it to From email is true AND instead of OR ?

 

I believe it should work that way.
