How can we put the Timer of Time Doctor 2 back in our Inbox?

 Ever since the update of the Intercom Inbox, our Timer wasn't there. We are having some delays in receiving our inbound chats as well on our website.

@dale m​ as far as I see, this is a chrome extension and not an official app that you can install in Intercom. Therefore, you should be asking them rather than Intercom. The team at Time Doctor is probably not aware (or does not care much) of Intercom having a brand-new Inbox. They should re-do their extension to understand the new UI.
