How to send a one-off email to contact who didn't open last email

I sent few emails, and about half people didn't open it. So I'd like to send an email again to contacts who have not open last email.

And also, is there any way to send an email who already opened the last email.

Hello @user873 👋,

There several ways to do that:

1) You can tag people who actually opened the last email and then use this tag for excluding these people during sending.

Just go to the e-mail statistic, then Opened -> Tag all:

TagAll

Then exclude these people during sending:

audiance22) If you are using Series, you can quickly build an audience:Serieshasntopen3) If you are sending e-mails to the entire workspace, you can also use "Last opened email" attribute:

hasntopen

I hope this will be helpful, let me know if you have any other questions about this topic.

Have a great week.

Can I auto-tag who actually opened the last email?
