Hello , I’d like to ask if i can integrate my own chatbot into intercom so i can assign some conversations to be answered by my bot

Potentially, it is possible if you create a custom solution when leveraging custom actions and our API but we are not natively supporting third party bots.

I was reading documentation when i saw intercom’s webhooks i wanted to know if it’s possible link between intercom’s messenger and my bot through these webhooks in 2 ways (POST/GET) to assure communication.

Hi Wadhah, 
Webhooks allow only communication in one direction. You can subscribe to them and get the information they provide. If you want to send any information to Intercom, you need to use our API.
