  Is there a way for a custom action to interact with an application in a help desk?

  For example, I have a created custom action and a created and added application in a tab. During a conversation, if I activate the custom action on a message(which contains the order number), a request goes to the backend. Can I somehow trigger the application in the current conversation from the backend, passing and displaying the order data there?

Unfortunately, this isn’t currently possible but is a very good idea!

I would love to take this suggestion over to our R&D team as a feature request and see if this is something they can implement!
