Our support needs have evolved and I am looking to change the labels on my Inbox titles to reflect the true nature of the support needed.

Hi.
- You can create views based on the source or other attributes
- Teams in the settings of your workspace
- Automation settings to distribute dialogues between them, set SLA, tag and other neat things

@tim t11 yes you can do that. Go to Settings → General → Teams & Roles → Click on the Inbox you want to rename → Change the name → Save
