Our support needs have evolved and I am looking to change the labels on my Inbox titles to reflect the true nature of the support needed.

Hi.

  • You can create views based on the source or other attributes
  • Teams in the settings of your workspace
  • Automation settings to distribute dialogues between them, set SLA, tag and other neat things

@tim t11​ yes you can do that. Go to Settings β†’ General β†’ Teams & Roles β†’ Click on the Inbox you want to rename β†’ Change the name β†’ Save
