Me too! Please guys, enable the old version again. This new version is not bad but the old one was gold. Don’t leave us in dead waters, come one.

All workspaces have been migrated over to our new inbox, so I’m afraid it is not possible to revert- it is fully deprecated.  The new Inbox was designed to help improve workflow efficiency for support teams that use our products on an everyday basis, but I know it can be a lot to adjust to. As we work to perfect the Inbox for you and your team, I would recommend diving into some of our specialized resources for the Next-Gen Inbox, such as the guided onboarding experiencehelp docs, and webinars, to help make the adoption process as smooth as possible. If you are running into troubles please feel free to reach out to support so we can help you out!
