Is there a way to revert back to the old inbox?

All workspaces have been migrated over to our new inbox, so Iβm afraid it is not possible to revert- it is fully deprecated. The new Inbox was designed to help improve workflow efficiency for support teams that use our products on an everyday basis, but I know it can be a lot to adjust to. As we work to perfect the Inbox for you and your team, I would recommend diving into some of our specialized resources for the Next-Gen Inbox, such as the guided onboarding experience, help docs, and webinars, to help make the adoption process as smooth as possible.
