I want to look at my time-to-close metric, but I want to make it not include snoozed time. I would be ok with doing it manually by seeing time snoozed and doing the math. Is this possible?

Hey @erin k there doesn't seem to be a report section for time snoozed - the only thing I could find is number of snoozed conversations in the Customer Support > Conversations report. Might be a good one to add to the @Product Wishlist for the Intercom team to review.
