The goal is to automatically add a tag to terrible, bad, and OK conversation ratings automatically after the rating is applied. Then use that tag to search & sort conversations for review in Klaus.

Is there a way to set up Inbox Rules to Automatically Tag user-generated ratings?

Hey @user393, we don't currently have any functionality like that within Rules, but I'm happy to flag your feature request in our @Product Wishlist group!
@daniel f11, have you ever had any Klaus users ask about similar configurations? Would you be able to advise @user393 here?
