When opening the keyboard to type into an Intercom messenger convo, the keyboard is hiding the text entry, making it impossible for users to see what they’re typing.
Has anyone found a workaround?

The first thing to check here would be that you’re using our most recent version of the iOS SDK. You can find that HERE.
If you are using our most recent iOS SDK version and the issue has persisted, you can reach out to our support team via the messenger so that we can open an internal issue for this to get it fixed for you.
