Hello all, we’ve had a fairly major technical issue for a while now and are unable find a POC to solve this with - hoping someone can help or point me in the right direction! Our flows are already established and set up. Problem is - when someone writes in our chat, a specific message gets sent as a reply pretty much 80% of the time (not all) and the message is not is not a part of any flow.
Who can I contact to get help with this?
