Users coming through inbox as lead

Almost all users that use our support site/messenger are coming through as leads. Is there a way to amend the qualification rules when categorizing leads vs users? It’s created a loop that I’m not able to figure out.

Hi @Meghan Jones - if your users are having some kind of log in option (like if you are running a web app where they need to log in) then behind that login you are setting up a bit richer payload in the java script (sharing the user id, email, created date, any other custom attributes). One the user goes behind that log in and you share that data, they will be recorded as a User in Intercom, and Intercom will plant a cookie in their browser. So even if they log out of your web app, they will be recognized by the cookie on your website.
