I have been using snooze as a reminder button. Under what conditions is this snooze removed? I have noticed that if i reply to an already snoozed conversation, the conversation is no longer available in the snoozed section? does this mean that the snooze is no longer valid?

Hey @nobelium​! A conversation will be "unsnoozed" if there is a further reply (either from a teammate or a customer) or if the snooze times expires (for example, if you select "Snooze for one day", the conversation will reopen after one day). I hope this helps!
