I'm trying to find this option in my Inbox. Which setting do I need to change to have it show up? This will make it easier for my team to collaborate on a large volume of tickets.

Does this not show up when you click the ‘drop-down’ in your Inbox or in the ‘All inbox’ to narrow down “open” / “closed” / “snoozed” etc. 👀 

Could you share a screenshot of what you see? Do you have Tickets created within your workspace currently?

I am working with Emma. There are only 3 options in both “My Inbox” and “All”: Open/Close and Snoozed.

 

We checked with our Administrator, but he is not aware of this either. Could you please assist further?

This is a feature that was released when we launched tickets. However, it’s currently not available for all of our customers and that’s the reason why you cannot see it.

We could enable this to your workspace if you want to. We’ll reach out to you directly so we can discuss this further.

I’ve hard back from my team and I’m happy to confirm that this feature has been enabled for all of our customers. 

You should be able to see the same “drop-down” menu in your Inbox now.
