1- I want away to add context to fin, more of general guidance of how to best reply; stuff like:
Your answer has to be no longer than x lines.
Avoid using the following terms.
Avoid adding resources to the end of the msg.
2- Also, my fin is taking to long to answer, how can I fix it?

For your first question, you can now choose Fin's tone of voice, and an additional tip would be to always refine the snippets to make them as accurate as possible.
As for the speed, it’s worth checking the logic of your workflow and consulting the support team about the time it takes compared to the standard time. They can guide you through testing :)
I’d love to hear from Intercom about this as well. I’ve been wondering if there was a way I could word messages to train Fin and upload them as a PDF.

We’ve been using the Fin Guidance beta for a while now, and it works perfectly to provide more context for Fin.
