Can't save workflow with Fin even though the audience only includes intercom iOS 16.2.0 and Android 15.4.0

I’m seeing this error when I try to set live a new workflow. Our front end SDK’s are all updated. The new workflow includes the new “Let customer type” option

To confirm, are you unable to set this Workflow live at all? Or is the error message showing, yet you are still able to set it live? In order to use that “Let customer type” option in the welcome message of a Workflow, your users will also need to be on the most updated version of your app that supports iOS SDK v16.2.0 or Android SDK v15.4.0. Can you confirm that the users you are testing with are on an updated version of your app?
