Is there a way to change the some of the automated responses from FIN? Currently my responses look like this 

 

 

I want to change the last two messages. Is that possible?

I’m afraid it’s currently not possible to customize how Fin replies to customers. These answers are built into the AI bot experience and cannot be edited at this time,

I’d be glad to flag this as a feature request for you. Hopefully this is something we can see implemented soon.
