Hey @anusha​! Daniel from Customer Support Engineering here 🔧 

 

We don't currently offer a way to embed a survey within an email; Surveys are currently only displayed on your site, and can't be integrated with other Outbound content types. If this is something that you'd like to see implemented in the future, make sure to drop it in our Product Wishlist Group 😊
