I want to ask my customer who have completed a product your to give me an NPS score - can I do that?

You would be able to set this up by using the Series feature! Series lets you build cohesive campaigns with all of Intercom’s channels, allow users to get messages in the order you’ve set up on your end. You can read more about Series here.
