I have NPS surveys set up in Intercom, but the responses aren't showing up in the attributes within the user. Does anyone know how to set this up so that when someone completes the survey and provides feedback, I can go into the user's profile and see that they submitted an NPS score?
@liz h Did you check out this article from Intercom? If you did, can you tell us where you are having problems?
@kevin b I don't have the options noted for attributes in that article. I'm using a series for NPS, but I'd think I should still have the same options. Could it be a permissions issue?

@kevin b I've taken these steps. Do you know if the attribute will automatically be added to anyone who has already completed the survey?
@liz h Not sure, but I wouldn't bet on it. Maybe @diana t12 can help.
@liz h Already collected results will not be added/stored in the attribute. Answers are saved to an attribute when the Survey is submitted
