I did a survey and the percentage of respondents to it is not high, I would like to use the link to the survey through "Additional ways to share your survey" to give only users who did not answer the survey to respond to it.

Hey @shahar​! You can definitely send the survey via email using the shareable URL to the users who haven't responded. To do this, tag all the users who have responded from the survey stat section and then use the tag name in the follow-up email message.
