Thumbs up and down for survey option?

Hi,  I want to create a survey to get an idea if a new feature is working as expected. How can I create a survey with “How did our xxxx do?” thumbs up and down, with an optional free text field after selecting?

Hey @Tess B 👋🏼 Shauna here from Support! 

You currently can’t use 👍🏼 or 👎🏼 as a Survey question type; but what you could use is the ‘Emoji Scale’ & set it to 3 and it will show this ⬇️

Your customers could choose between the 3 faces, you could then add a follow up question with the survey question type ‘short text entry’ to capture any feedback!

Thanks Shauna. Is there a way to at least show more than once per day? We want the survey to show every time the users test our Beta feature.
