We want to change the standar reply : ¨ I`m just a bot...¨ whenever there is no answ for the question. How can we do that?

Hey @user158​, there is currently no way to edit Resolution Bot's responses. Indeed, we are keen for Resolution Bot to always present itself as a bot - we want it to be very clear to users who are communicating with a company that uses Intercom when they're engaged with automation and when they're engaged with a human. Can you tell me a bit more about your use case here?
