Hi all,

 

My name is Teo and I am leading the Customer Care team at Mews Systems.

We are using Intercom for support and also for onboarding new clients. We have currently started using a lot the bots and I would love to hear other's feedback on how well they are working for you.

Hi Kate, thanks for the follow up. We are still trying to implement them in the best possible way so that we can reach the desired success rate. After we achieve that, I would be happy to share it 🙂

Hi Kate, you can also try using Product Tours - I think it works well for onboarding. Our website has our own onboarding pop up and I only use the custom bots for frequently asked questions. It has been working pretty good for us.
