Hi,

I am rather new to this and would love to understand if I can create user journeys (emails) on Intercom? 

To explain this better: I want to create journeys for different segments of users basis the actions they take after signing up to our website. For example, a welcome email as soon as they join followed by a mail on day 3 if they are actively using a specific feature.

@Deb_SS  100% this is possible using Series or Automation/Workflows to trigger based on any information in Intercom from first seen or other events or details about your users that you are tracking.
