Our team is looking to set up missions/quizzes that make use of gamification to educate our users. Are there apps or creative solutions people have used in the past?

The idea is to implement a learn and earn model where users earn in-app rewards (financial incentives, for starters) by reading articles or viewing mobile carousels. The hypothesis is that users who educate themselves become less dependent on support for issues related to the quiz/carousel they've viewed.

Hey @user28 ! Really interesting use case. I saw a few apps in our app store https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uRomo6. They are all third party apps so I do not know how they work. Apart from that, there seem to be a few apps like Pointagram which you can integrate using Zapier https://zapier.com/apps/intercom/integrations/pointagram./p>

We do use gamification on inapps but it's towards the user's actions inside our software, not the content they view - although that's a pretty good idea. What we did is we made quite a few animations of rewards (like medals or trophies) that they "won" via inapp when they did some action for the 10th time. It usually works to keep them doing it at least a few more times after that. We also had a page describing the other medals they could win, so they would do the action to win it and would discover more of the software by doing it.
