Does anyone use the the Ask a Question app in place of Custom Bots? We're a small company on a starter plan, and are trying to set up a "report a bug" button to route to our engineering team.

Hey @andi b​! The use case of the Ask a Question App is different from Custom bot. With Ask a question app you can ask your customers an important question and store their answer as an attribute in Intercom. Then, you can use this data to send customers more targeted messages and campaigns. If your use case is to route all conversations related to a bug issue to your engineering team then you can simply use the assignment rule based on the Message content to route them. Routing isn't available on starter plans, but thanks for the suggestion! I'm wondering if ask a question can also support some simple rules.
