Is there a way to update a field in Intercom, in this example via zapier, and append text to the field rather than overwriting the text?

I haven’t seen anything in the community or documentation about this so if I have missed it sorry about that!

There currently isn’t a way to do this but it’s a great suggestion!  I can see how it might be helpful to be able to append text to a field. Our team would need to investigate the feasibility of implementing this type of functionality, but I'll make sure to share your use-case and any feedback…
