Are you using a screenrecording app that you and your customers love?

Hey everyone!

We’re exploring a few Intercom apps for video/screen recording to make it easier for customers to share specific issues their having in our product via the help desk. We’re look at the three listed below. Any on the list that you use and love? Any you’ve tried and decided not to use?

My favourite app for screen recording is https://jam.dev/ because it records not only what is happening on the screen but also all errors in the console and network (not to mention, it’s free).

We also use https://droplr.com/ for screenshots and https://www.loom.com/.

My favourite app for screen recording is https://jam.dev/ because it records not only what is happening on the screen but also all errors in the console and network (not to mention, it’s free).

We also use https://droplr.com/ for screenshots and https://www.loom.com/.

Thanks so much! Does Jam have an Intercom integration? I’m not seeing it listed on their site!

I’d love to be able to use Jam.dev inside Intercom. This tool is very handy for troubleshooting in support
