Hi
I’m currently showing Intercom articles on my website through the API to have more control on the styling and user experience and I would like to add or integrate the reactions feature to have feedback on the articles.
I visited the documentation but I don’t see any reference to the reactions. Is it possible to have them on external websites?

It is not possible to update an Article rating via the API, or add the feedback feature on external sites but I would love to pass this along as a feature request for the product team!
