Can I add more than one ticket using the Zoho Desk integration?

Wondering if the Zoho Desk integration can add additional ticket requests. There is previous conversation tickets showing with no way to add an additional ticket for a new bug/concern.

Hello @ken w​ , As I know it's possible to create a ticket from Intercom conversation.

 

Just go to conversation -> Customize and add Zendesk ticket creation there.

Thanks @roy s11​, but what the issue is, after a ticket is made in that field you show in the picture there is no way to add any additional tickets to that customer from there.
