I want to send a CSAT request in Hebrew to my customers at the end of a conversation (when it's Closed), any recommendations?

 

I have a few must have for this request:

  • It must be in Hebrew
  • I want to write the copy of the question by myself
  • I want to be able to measure is easily
  • It has to be sent automatically at the end of a conversation (closed)

 

any suggestions?
