Can someone help me build a custom CSAT request in Hebrew?

I want to send a CSAT request in Hebrew to my customers at the end of a conversation (when it's Closed), any recommendations? I have a few must have for this request:It must be in HebrewI want to write the copy of the question by myselfI want to be able to measure is easilyIt has to be sent automatically at the end of a conversation (closed) any suggestions?
