We need AskNicely to help track our NPS and satisfaction ratings. Still haven't fully integrated it but want to be able to see as much as we can in intercom without having to always go back to AskNicely.

@nora c​ , AskNicely has some good features like Front line coaching, the main thing is they no more providing free trial to fully understand the product, they also removed prices from the pricing page.
